The City of Rosemount is located approximately 20 miles south of downtown St. Paul along the banks of the Mississippi River and is known for its small town and charming atmosphere. Dakota County Technical College, one of the largest technical colleges in the state, is also located in Rosemount and serves thousands of students from throughout the region.
