The Fulton neighborhood, named after Robert Fulton, the 19th century inventor of the steamboat, is located in the southwest corner of Minneapolis bordering the suburb of Edina. Residents of Lynnhurst have easy access to the pedestrian and bike trails that follow Lake Harriet’s perimeter and lead to swimming beaches, fishing piers, concessions and the famous Lake Harriet Bandshell, an area landmark since 1927.
